Dubai REST is the Dubai Land Department’s official smart application for real estate services. It lets owners, tenants, buyers and brokers access property records, title deeds, transactions and many DLD services from a phone instead of attending in person.
Where you’ll see it
You’ll use Dubai REST to view a digital title deed, check property details, manage tenancy and Ejari matters, and complete certain transactions and service requests. It has become the main digital channel for many DLD interactions.
Why it matters
Much of Dubai’s property administration now runs through the app, so knowing it exists and that records can be verified there helps owners and buyers confirm information directly from the official source rather than relying on paper alone.
What it is not
Dubai REST is the Dubai platform; it is not the Abu Dhabi system, where services run through different government channels. It is also not a private listing portal, it is the government’s own services app, not a marketplace.
Example
An owner pulls up their digital title deed in Dubai REST to share verified ownership details with a buyer, instead of arranging a paper copy.
Connected documents and parties
