Dari is Abu Dhabi’s digital platform for real estate services, letting owners, buyers and tenants access property information and complete many transactions online. It is, broadly, Abu Dhabi’s equivalent of the digital real estate services available in Dubai.
Where you’ll see it
You’ll use Dari for Abu Dhabi property matters checking records, handling registrations and accessing services digitally. It is the emirate’s channel for many of the interactions that, in Dubai, run through the DLD’s own apps.
Why it matters
For Abu Dhabi property, Dari is the official digital route, so knowing it exists helps owners and buyers transact and verify information directly. Using the correct emirate’s platform avoids confusion with Dubai’s separate systems.
What it is not
Dari is not a Dubai platform, and it is not a private listing portal. It is Abu Dhabi’s government real estate services platform. It complements, rather than replaces, the regulator ADREC.
Example
An Abu Dhabi property owner uses Dari to access their property records and complete a service online, rather than attending in person.
Connected documents and parties
Digital property records, service requests; owner, buyer, tenant, Abu Dhabi authorities.
